I am getting a new Sin and I want to know what I can fit it with.
Additionally, I know about o.smium.org which will let me publish the fittings I have.
I am welcoming any and all suggestions for that. |

I made a few errors indeed and didn't have the time to fix them yesterday...
Black Ops bonuses (per skill level):
5% bonus to ship inertia modifier
125% bonus to ship max velocity when using Cloaking Devices
Also, for 5b to get a fit, whether that includes fitted ships or not, is too expensive.
It would take many years, which may make it worth more then.

from the calculation above, which btw, have inversed results, since the percentage had to be deducted from the total.
(I made the mistake of using the percentage that was to be deducted.)
With a base speed of 146 m/s and 125% bonus to ship max velocity when using Cloaking Devices
= 146 x 125% = 182.5 m/s.
That is without including a 72.5% penalty to that speed, or to the ship max velocity.
I will try to verify what that turns out to be.
I think it will take me about 4 to 15 days to learn Jump Drive Calibration IV after finishing Jump Drive Operation V in around 13 hours.

= 50.1875 m/s
if that is the speed resulting a using cloak with the Maximum Velocity Modifier.
(Joke: I will not test compared to a bicycle in town.)
It seems to be applied differently, whether it is a bonus without hindrance or other.

I just bought the 94m ISK skill books to learn Jump Drive Calibration at 9 AM tomorrow morning.
That will take a while to learn to IV, then I have to come back and pick up the Black Ops book.
I had to leave a corp who just got wardec. |

Your math is wrong. 146 m/s base speed. A T2 cloak reduces your max speed by 75%. Each level of Black Ops increases your max speed by 125% when using a cloak. 146 * (1 - 0.75) * (1 * 1.25) = 46m/s with Black Ops I 146 * (1 - 0.75) * (2 * 1.25) = 91m/s with Black Ops II 146 * (1 - 0.75) * (3 * 1.25) = 136m/s with Black Ops III 146 * (1 - 0.75) * (4 * 1.25) = 183m/s with Black Ops IV 146 * (1 - 0.75) * (5 * 1.25) = 228m/s with Black Ops V
